I'm a therapist in private practice, and love how easy, intuitive and streamlined the background check process is! My favorite part of Clear Checks is that they take care of obtaining consent for the background check and displaying the legally required disclaimers. It's all streamlined. I just enter my employee's email, select the type of check(s) and it takes care of the rest! I've tried at least two other platforms, and this one is effortless to use. Their customer support chat is also excellent, and it's only ever taken me less than 5 minutes to have any questions answered or issues resolved. There's nothing I dislike about ClearChecks. Perhaps it could have some added features, such as automatically renewing checks on an annual basis, or notifying you if a background check expires/hasn't been submitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
