I also like the user-friendly layout. It's easy to see who has completed their background check and who hasn't. **What do you dislike about BackgroundChecks.com?** Sometimes the turnaround times are much too long - over a week and in some cases we've waited up to a month for our background checks to be returned. This happened around the holidays, so the courts may have been extra busy as well. **Recommendations to others considering BackgroundChecks.com:** The platform is very user-friendly. A recommendation would be if you have an employee you've already ran a background check for and they need an extra report added, you don't need to run the entire background report again. Contact customer service and they will let you know how to add the extra report to the employees' existing report. Also, it's good to keep in mind during busy seasons (around holidays), background checks may be a bit delayed. **What problems is BackgroundChecks.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are staying compliant and ensuring our employees are getting access to a user-friendly background check experience.
