Regarding 2FA, we recently released a 2FA Plugin that includes time-based one-time password (TOTP) support. You can read all about it in the link below. Thank you for the positive review! We strive to maintain the maximum server uptime possible and react as quickly as possible when a rare outage occurs. In order to deliver our SuperScaling system that enables any app to achieve unlimited scalability, we maintain our own server infrastructure rather than relying on third-parties. We believe the upside far outweighs the cost of rare and momentary outages, which are largely unavoidable from any serverless provider. We're happy to hear it isn't enough of a concern to impact your overall experience!
