The support forums/ community is by far the best aspect. Mark pillar is a huge part of this. Knowing you can get a real human to respond you any questions you have is huge. the support is the main reason we chose backendless over aws or other large services. There is a thing that could be better. I would like to have a more mature function to syncrhonize (merge) different app, I would like to see the detailsof the difference like git or subversion. The low setup time. Libraries are available for major platforms and we could get our app up and running in almost no time. Sometimes we feel limited in the possibility to optimize queries and so on. The predefined libraries make it not always possible to select between solutions.
