BackBillPro is legal billing recovery software designed for solo attorneys and small law firms that want to identify potentially unrecorded legal work in historical Gmail correspondence. Traditional billing reports show time that has already been entered into a practice management system. BackBillPro addresses a different problem: legal work that may have been performed but never became a time entry. BackBillPro helps attorneys review potential missing billing activity, prepare professional billing descriptions, and export proposed time entries in a PracticePanther-compatible Excel format. Attorneys retain responsibility for reviewing and approving all entries, including billability, time estimates, matter assignments, and potential duplication. BackBillPro is offered as a $297 annual software license with no automatic renewal.
