We have been a happy user of Back4App since Facebook took over Parse Inc. in 2016 and killed the original Parse hosting service - we looked at all the alternatives and went with Back4App, good choice. Uptime has been great, Back4App-specific functionality is continually being broadened, but the main purpose of my review is to praise their developer support. Back4App's tech support is far superior to the majority of cloud services we have encountered, I would go so far as to say it is in the same league as Stripe. Every time we get in touch with them, the response goes beyond what one would expect - you get the sense their tech support enjoys solving your issue. thanks Back4App!
