Back4App is a perfect solution to deal with all the necessary work. Now we are confident and more measurable about development times and reliability of our backend systems. I would like to thank Back4App for that. Highly recommended. **What do you dislike about Back4app?** Logging might be better and also usage panel can be improved in the manner of UX **What problems is Back4app solving and how is that benefiting you?** Firstly it gives a stable working backend system with the power of Parse Server and Parse Server solves most common problems in Software Development. We are having a ready-to-use DB, Storage, Email System, Notification, 3th Party Auth, LiveQuery, and many more. If you try to build a scalable LiveQuery system in past you will understand even only for that feature Back4App is a great tool. ### 2. They are very attentive and extremely agile. The values are fair for the quality they offer. Only customers who purchase the service in Brazil suffer a little because of the unfavorable economy. **What problems is Back4app solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a medium sized app on Back4app. The service they provide me meets all my requirements. Very stable and the support service is very responsive. The biggest benefit was finding Back4app so my app could keep working on the Parse Platform, and that was really good for me. ### 6. The Back4app team responded quickly, and also suggested a quick meeting and this led to some additional planning and cooperation. As a result, we were able to scale our product seamlessly as needed, taking advantage of both the resources and knowledge of the company. Uptime has been great, Back4App-specific functionality is continually being broadened, but the main purpose of my review is to praise their developer support. Back4App's tech support is far superior to the majority of cloud services we have encountered, I would go so far as to say it is in the same league as Stripe. Every time we get in touch with them, the response goes beyond what one would expect - you get the sense their tech support enjoys solving your issue. thanks Back4App! **What do you dislike about Back4app?** not much to dislike about Back4App, if I had to say something manually accessing your app's database is fine but there are a number of elements of it which could be easier / more functional. **What problems is Back4app solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are porting the bulk of our business logic from the native app on the device to cloud code and therefore needing to replicate functionality in their Javascript Cloud Code implementation as compared to Swift or Java. ### 11. It might be the business model but it seems like they could do better with providing more intermediate options **What problems is Back4app solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being unfamiliar with MongoBD, I was able to set up my application on Back4App and familiarize myself with the Android SDK within 30 mins. The free subscription is a great motivation so you can start developing without a fixed cost, and the different levels of subscriptions make it easy to grow the with your use. Very secure environment. **What do you dislike about Back4app?** The only suggestion for improvement I have so far is about the sample applications. I'm a Embarcadero Delphi developer and I miss samples with this language. **Recommendations to others considering Back4app:** The free subscription is a great way to start using the solution and when the use grows, the solution has others offers to support you. **What problems is Back4app solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm starting to work with Mobile development and I'm using Back4App as a BaaS solution for my apps. I need a storage for my apps, with support for logging users, etc, and Back4App provides the functionalities I need and it's very easy to implement. The solution is very robust, yet easy to use and offers a great roadmap for growth in the future, with a very realistic cost. ### 13.
