Easy to use and easy to learn cloudbased B2B integration tool - you're in control **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Olaf D. | Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2025 **What do you like best about Babelway?** - Cloudbased: No installation needed, just a browser. As soon as you're registered, you can start building the connections. Accessible from anywhere with sufficient security features built in. Regular updates with new features. - Easy to learn: you don't need to be an IT specialist to set-up connections. Someone with reasonable Excel (formula) skills can set up connections with quite complex transformations after dedicating 2-3 days self-training. - Collaborative: easy to share setups with other companies/people so the work does not have to be done twice. If you don't have sufficient resources to build connections yourself, you can easily outsource to externals and have them work in your environment directly or in their own environment and copy it over to yours afterwards - Transparant: whether you set up the connections and transformations yourself or have it done by someone else, you still remain "in control" since you have full access to the setup. There is no "black box" as is the case with other software where you always need to have changes done by (and wait for) the software supplier. You can also see how a file is processed in the different steps - Great support: the service desk is very responsive and don't just solve the problem but also explain what you did wrong and how they solved it... **What do you dislike about Babelway?** Although I'm using Babelway for over 10 years, I still regularily "stumble" into features I did not know yet so I guess Babelway can still improve their communication on all its possiblities/features. **What problems is Babelway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most organisations I work with are tired of waiting for the IT Supplier to set up EDI connections with their customers or suppliers. Babelway is so easy to use that it allows for quick setup of connections, even by the people from the business (either as a temporary solution until IT has found sufficient resources or as a final solution). ### 2.
