Agreements were always quickly followed up. During the negotiations, everything went smoothly, with enough room for mutually acceptable agreements. The pricing was correct and transparent. Additionally, I found the initial installation of Babelway quite smooth. **What do you dislike about Babelway?** The execution of the project, however, had some points of concern. We felt that the assigned analyst did not possess all the necessary knowledge to successfully complete the implementation independently. This resulted in a lot of consultation with colleagues and additional support from our own staff, which sometimes caused frustration and a delayed delivery. Nonetheless, we still expected a bit more proactivity. **What problems is Babelway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Babelway helps me establish the connection with the PEPPOL network. ### 2. Easy to use USer Interface allows less technical people to do technical work. Support is excellent, whether you are part of startup or a major company Babelway treats your support tickets with the same dignity and devotion **What do you dislike about Babelway?** Not really anything to find because existing issues are addressed in a real agile way by the Babelway Team. So if you have a problem using their software impediments are removed very quickly **What problems is Babelway solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've set up an entire edi platform making use of Babelway to do transformation between different formats ### 3. For those companies, true business and process integration with their customers and supplies is very new. With Babelway, we are very flexible in helping our customers meeting the demands of their customers who typically use different formats and have different security demands. **What do you dislike about Babelway?** There was a learning curve for us. Babelway is not just an easy "do it yourself" application. **What problems is Babelway solving and how is that benefiting you?** We enable our customers to choose 1 or just a few formats they have to support. We take care of all the other formats that are used by our customer's suppliers and customers. This keeps things simple and manageable for our customers while making it easy to meet their customers demands. ### 4.
