Baat is a WhatsApp customer engagement platform for sales, support and automation, built on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Teams manage customer conversations in a shared inbox, send broadcast campaigns, automate customer journeys and deploy AI agents — from one platform, on the web and in iOS and Android apps. Key capabilities: a shared inbox with assignments, internal notes and status tracking; targeted broadcast campaigns that are personalised, scheduled and tracked; AI agents trained on your own knowledge base that hand off to a human when things get complex; a no-code journey builder triggered by customer actions; and a Shopify integration for abandoned-cart recovery, order updates and COD confirmation. Made by Clevup Technologies Private Limited. Pricing is published in USD and INR.
