We have dedicated BAASS to introducing and incorporating a modern accounting system with our CRM.

**What do you like best about BAASS Business Solutions?**

The best part of this project was that the promises we had made were made. We acknowledged and fulfilled all our requests and aspirations. The team passed all facets of our execution and implementation to ensure we understood completely what was going on (testing and results!). Both the accounting process and the CRM, which made our team comfortable, are highly well known.

**What do you dislike about BAASS Business Solutions?**

We have no complaints regarding the support BAASS offers us. We have earned a brand that we enjoy and that has given our company a lot of efficiencies.

**Recommendations to others considering BAASS Business Solutions:**

The whole team of BAASS was very aware of the product. That person was always available to help with inquiries and provide any necessary information. They prepared us extensively for our inclusion.

**What problems is BAASS Business Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solve all employees now have incredible knowledge of both the accounting system and the CRM, which reassured our superiors.
