B6AI is an omnichannel AI customer conversation platform for small and growing businesses. Build AI agents that answer customer questions, capture leads, and sell, across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and your website, from one inbox. Train bots on your own content with a knowledge base, design flows in a visual builder or by describing them to the AI, and hand conversations to human agents with routing rules and live chat. Connect your Shopify store so customers can browse products, build carts and check out inside the chat.
