**What do you like best about B2B Rocket?**

The concept of having an all-in-one outbound system with automation across email and LinkedIn is strong. The interface is relatively straightforward and the onboarding process initially appears structured.

**What do you dislike about B2B Rocket?**

The main issue was the gap between what was presented during the sales process and how the platform actually performs in practice.

Integration with GoHighLevel was a key requirement for us and was described as workable via Zapier, however in reality this was limited to a basic trigger and did not support a usable workflow.

In addition, campaign execution did not align with configured behaviour. Campaigns set to run at specific volumes and frequencies were significantly restricted in practice. For example, email campaigns configured to run continuously produced only a fraction of expected output, and LinkedIn outreach set for daily activity was reduced to minimal execution levels.

This made it very difficult to generate results at scale, regardless of configuration.

We also experienced an issue involving account and billing communication being shared across clients, which raised concerns around account separation and internal controls.

The platform aims to solve outbound lead generation through automation across multiple channels. In theory, it should reduce manual effort and allow campaigns to run at scale.

However, in our experience, the limitations in execution and integration prevented it from delivering those benefits in a practical way.

I would not say there are any pros or upsides about B2B Rocket. Everything that should be an upside does not actually exist. These people sell you on something that is not real or truly effective. The platform is terrible

**What do you dislike about B2B Rocket?**

Over the course of using the platform, I’ve encountered several ongoing issues:

-My LinkedIn account repeatedly disconnected without any notification, disrupting campaigns and causing missed outreach opportunities
-Lead credits were not replenished after my renewal, which required multiple follow-ups and back-and-forth with your team before finally resolving
-The platform has been consistently buggy and unreliable; for example, it shows opportunities on my dashboard that aren't actually true or accurate
-I’ve had difficulty successfully launching and optimizing campaigns due to onboarding and usability challenges, receiving far less support than originally promised
-Despite running campaigns, I haven't generated meaningful engagement or onboarded any qualified leads

Beyond these issues, there appears to be a broader gap between the performance described during onboarding and the actual results experienced in practice. The overall experience has not aligned with expectations in terms of lead quality, reliability, or ROI.

In addition, I’ve noticed that these issues are not isolated. Other users have reported similar concerns, including lack of flexibility, technical glitches, poor customer support experiences, and in some cases billing and refund challenges. ()

How is it benefitting you? Search and enrichment sped up list building for targeted outreach campaigns. A few filter adjustments were needed for niche segments, but once set, lead lists were higher quality. Sales saw clearer contact context and less manual research before calls.

I really like how B2B Rocket has expanded its tools recently. The ability to reach prospects not just through email but also on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and SMS makes it much easier to connect with people in the way they prefer. Having access to such a large database of verified leads has also saved me a lot of time in finding the right contacts. On top of that, the CRM integration keeps everything organized so I don’t lose track of conversations. Overall, these updates make the platform feel more practical and powerful for everyday sales work.
