Lack of communication and follow through. We had a few setback with my website due to having to change appointments times and designers. Unfortunately my notes were not used to continue to edit the website and generic information was used and photos not chosen by me, although this info was provided. They designer was charged twice. And I didn’t even speak to the last designer. Then I was told that I had to launch and stated my dislike for the process. It was unorganized snd in the end I still didn’t have a website for use by my business. So I start doing the entire thing over myself. Waste of money and time that I’ll never get back. From the perspective of managing multiple clients' websites, an "admin" dashboard where you could have a dropdown to each client site and SEO tools rather than using a single login for each would be a great upgrade. You have to stay on top of the design, as they often design in silos (e.g. you ask them to change something, then the next change you ask for, they revert back to the thing you asked them not todo).
