B'Sales is a CRM for clinics and medical practices in Brazil that takes the patient from the ad to the booked appointment. The B'Talks AI agent answers on WhatsApp and Instagram Direct at any hour: it answers questions, understands voice messages and images, books and confirms appointments, and hands the conversation to the team when needed. B'Sales brings WhatsApp (through Meta's official API), Instagram and email into one inbox, with scheduling by professional and room, patient records, a sales pipeline and the source of every lead from an ad. Android app available. Organyc Ai is a Meta Tech Provider and runs on Google Cloud. Brazilian company based in Belo Horizonte. Portuguese only.
