**What do you like best about B-Metrics?**

This is the best application I have ever used , gathering the data and organizing all the data mesh in good insight to business directions for the organization to take calls is on the KPI for this application.

**What do you dislike about B-Metrics?**

It's SaaS model , it would have been better it can deployment in house, also cost is givers side for the organization to spend.

**What problems is B-Metrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analysis with dashboard, adhoc reports , key highlight which can take away from the reports will benefits for taking the decisions for the business.
