Prior to starting our campaign we could tell they researched our business and had very good knowlegde as to who and what we do as a company. I think the downside would be depending on the target audience you want to aim for not all are as successful however despite this the team at B-Linked always made sure they were on top of this and made changes as and when was needed to make the campaign a success. All the team at B-Linked have worked hard from start to finish to deliver on what was expected. They helped me find the right target audience for my offering and having a campaign manager taking care of the replies has also helped as I don't have the time. I would't say there is any downsides however I would reccomend really knowing and understanding your target audience prior to joining B-Linked as this really helps with gaining more leads and potential clients.
