It is one of the most practcal and usfull database service i have ever used so far with no gimicy features to load up the system.

Its implmentation in my envronment is very easy and user frendly features made it easy to use for my team to work on.

Its server being on cloud increased the frequency and productivty of my team to use it anywhere whithout the need to be conected to my official network.

The thing I like best about using Azure SQL Database is that our company has a best-in-class database without any of the upkeep. Not having to tune or update the database (because Microsoft handles all that) saves me a lot of time and effort. Working as the lone IT employee at my company, I appreciate how much of a force-multiplier automation and the cloud can be.

The only downside in my mind (which would apply to any cloud product) is that there is the possibility that the service can go down. In the years that we have been using Azure, I think it has happened once, for about 2 hours. Being able to access SQL Database on cloud platform like Azure is a big plus for data engineers. It saves us from a lot of hustle.
