Azure SQL Database transition for long-time SQL Server users like me is almost a walk in the park and there is little to dislike about it as well. It is easy to adjust because of the familiar interface and tools, and the added cloud-based features make everything better. Still, people who depend on proprietary .NET code against their database should be aware that CLR (Common Language Runtime) support has not been incorporated yet.
