While Azure Service Health sings a lullaby of cloud stability, the melody can sometimes turn into a droning dirge. Alerts flood in, a chorus of technical jargon that leaves you baffled. It's a valuable tool, but for a symphony of uptime, I still yearn for a conductor with a clearer baton and a touch less technical thunder.

With the maintenance schedule, we can alert our stakeholders that downtime can occur, keeping our SLA's

Some of our tickets with the Support team end up being closed since they request logs that we cannot provide since they ask to collect them a short time after it happens when we already have no access to the server or laptop.
It could be easier to gather knowledge on how new features work, many times we have to contact support to gather the last piece of knowledge when setting up new features, and some of the times they do not provide the best option. We started contacting the country general developer team from Microsoft to help us on the field and end up being some kind of tester on the technology.
