The chatbots which can be integrated along with our software application can work in a closed domain knowledge which is great for organizations who needs data privacy and security. The recently launched GPT-4 32k context model is helpful for generating longer text such as for summarization. **What do you dislike about Azure OpenAI Service?** The model being not opensource, we can face difficulty in few-shot learning or prompt engineering while solving specific task. There are no methods to finetune these models since they are closed. **What problems is Azure OpenAI Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** The APIs provided by Azure OpenAI services helps for seamless integration of chatbot applications.
