**What do you like best about Azure Media Services?**

The best part is that it is in the cloud and makes accessibility easy all while protecting your information. It’s fairly easy to use and you don’t need an IT degree to work it

**What do you dislike about Azure Media Services?**

The downside is that it is not intuitive but with that said, I was and am still on a learning curve. You have to play with it a while before you get the hang of it.

**What problems is Azure Media Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has put digital media at the fingertips of employees and has made it easier to disseminate information on a global scale to all employees.

As a CDN  this product worked great for delivering a multitude of content to our international web visitors.

There are other integrated solutions out there that are part of our current web hosting
