## Azure Logic Apps Reviews
  ### 1. Great Development tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dev S. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Azure Logic Apps?**

It's provide design based approach where I can use multiple scenarios and avoid writing lengthy codes. It simplifies the architecture which trigger from code side. The trigger can be implemented in such a way when it hits the call gets executed. I am using this to day to day activity. It's easy to use and implement. It gets integrated with visual studio where the logic can be trigger.

**What do you dislike about Azure Logic Apps?**

In one of our projects, we built a Logic App to integrate Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Dynamics 365 for processing customer onboarding requests. When a workflow failed inside a nested condition, identifying the exact root cause required reviewing multiple execution steps in the run history. More advanced debugging tools and clearer error tracing would have reduced the investigation time.

**What problems is Azure Logic Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's provide flexibility to trigger the execution cycle and execute the logic. I have used this for both PAAS service and messaging service where the mail gets trigger when the logic gets executed.

  ### 2. Logic Apps Delivers Smooth, Secure Integrations with Great ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristian N. | Senior Technical Consultant, Computer Networking, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Azure Logic Apps?**

I love Logic Apps. In my role, I use Logic Apps a lot and have built many integrations across different processes, from mailing campaigns through SendGrid integrations to network provisioning. I’ve also created integrations with Skedulo for field engineers, built webhook listeners, and put together monitoring tools. Insights helps me monitor activity, and performance has been very good—flows run smoothly.

Creating flows through the UI is very easy, and I rarely need to deploy anything as code. I use premium connectors and pay for alerts for flow failures, and I still feel we get a good ROI compared with using other automation systems. Security is key in our line of business, so I wouldn’t really consider automation tools that sit outside my Azure tenant.

**What do you dislike about Azure Logic Apps?**

Nothing, for what I need it works perfectly.

**What problems is Azure Logic Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage integrations between most of our systems. It’s much easier to have the systems talk to each other through logic apps, which makes management simpler, instead of having them communicate point to point.

  ### 3. Perfect scalable platform for nocode integration implementation

Learning curve is very easy in Logic Apps. Good resources are provided by microsoft for learning Logic Apps. It was easy to implement and try out. With the right subscription, you can get a logic app up and running within 1 hour. The huge list of connectrs was a great help too.

**What do you dislike about Azure Logic Apps?**

Devops process to deploy logic apps needs to be simlified. Also some features are avaialble via code view and not from designer view, that should not happen. Some work is needed by Microsoft team to improve the response time of logic apps processing. same functionality in Function app runs much faster.

**What problems is Azure Logic Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us to develop send mail task which can be triggered through ADF based on HTTP request. Even it helped us to resolve the incremental refresh for power bi timeout error.

  ### 20. Fast way to build automations and complex integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Azure Logic Apps?**

Building workflows is really easy and fast too. And you can go live with them in no time. If you are working with JSON data, parsing through them is also easy once you get the hang of it. The documentation of all actions is helpful and has good examples. You can easily track the past executions in detail.

**What do you dislike about Azure Logic Apps?**

Editing the workflow in code view can be improved. Having some colour coding similar to visual studio would help. As a starter having colour coded brackets can be good. Different actions have different settings that you can configure, unless you open the settings, you will not know of those configurations. So maybe those settings can be shown in a popup bubble or similar thing.

**What problems is Azure Logic Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have built a lot of automation using workflows. We have connected to Azure Function Apps wherever required. Integrating with other azure services is also easy. Lots of systems integrations have also been built using HTTP trigger, or recurrence or triggers for 3rd party products.

  ### 37. Azure Scheduler Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Azure Logic Apps?**

The interface is very easy to use. It offers different type of jobs to run with the scheduler like HTTP or HTTPs jobs that can inboke actions to be executed on both old and new endpoints running the different versions of the protocol. It does not matter if they are inside or outside of the Azure cloud environment. It also offers a job overview page which provides a very graphic output of the job statuses that are running or the ones that may be disabled which makes it easier to manage the different tasks you are running on the Scheduler.

**What do you dislike about Azure Logic Apps?**

The free option plan for the jobs that can be run to test the application are very limited. The maximum is only 5 that can be run with a maximum frequency of 1 hour which makes it hard for the user to actually test the performance of the Azure Scheduler. Although, this applies for only one specific job collection that you create. Meaning that you can create more, but then again the constraints for this free plan option are very limited.

**Recommendations to others considering Azure Logic Apps:**

Now that this feature is out there, users will not have to create virtual machines to run schedules in the background that you will have to maintain and it's not highly available and makes it hard to manage.

**What problems is Azure Logic Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Azure Scheduler not only provides a new platform service for Windows customers, but for third parties as well. It provides mobile services, schedule scripts features for companies like Skype and Xbox video to schedule work on the background of their applications. It’s definitely an application that you can count on to work reliably, even durinf unexpectedly failures.

  ### 38. A simple and easy to use programmer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** alejandro d. | Administrador de cuenta, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Azure Logic Apps?**

I like it is a great platform gives you a lot of information in real time of the platform, informs me if I get to have any problem and I can solve it immediately, is great because I can synchronize with other devices. maintains a history of job execution results that can be reviewed and, deterministically and reliably, schedules the workloads to be executed.

**What do you dislike about Azure Logic Apps?**

its interface at first is a little difficult to understand as it has many applications which we do not know what to use, communication with the support is sometimes a little slow

**Recommendations to others considering Azure Logic Apps:**

I recommend this great platform because with Azure Scheduler you can keep your activities running in the cloud through decisive representational activities. The administration at that point naturally calendars and executes those activities. For example, you can call benefits inside and outside Azure, for example, call HTTP or HTTps endpoints and in addition, present messages on Azure storage lines and Azure Service Bus lines or points. The programmer effortlessly reinforces complex schedules and driven repetition. The programmer determines when to run occupations, maintains a past full of employment results that you can survey, and then typically and reliably plans the remaining tasks to run. in short it is a great platform.

**What problems is Azure Logic Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us greatly this great platform, mainly helps us to better organize all the tasks we have to perform, including recurring tasks, provides application services, in short it is a great platform that helps us to reach the next level in our organization!

**Recommendations to others considering Azure Logic Apps:**

This application is really user friendly, even for new users running this type of application, you can automate multiple tasks based on all your needs. you can schedule task since collecting logs from a external server, every perform backups.

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Azure Logic Apps?**

One of the best tools available online to automate the business process and implement workflows and provides easy integration with various tools available in the market. It helps design the workflows and allows to implement business logics and provides numerous connectors to connect different enterprise applications to be integrated easily in the workflow.

There are quite a load of features that makes it one of the best business process management tool and below are a few among them:

No need to download any hefty software on the PC and allows the creation of workflows and business process in an online editor that provides drag and drop functionality.

Easy integration of various email servers for providing notifications during the process workflow.

Provision of REST calls to initiate the workflow as per the requirement.

Integration with Azure storage service to capture addition deletion or modification of data in the storage.

Easy integration and query management with various databases such as MySQL.

**What do you dislike about Azure Logic Apps?**

Though there are various connectors provided by in the Azure Logic Apps, there are sometimes a few business logic that cannot be straightaway be implemented within the workflow. It doesn't provide all the functionalities that a trivial business process management tool provides.

**Recommendations to others considering Azure Logic Apps:**

**What problems is Azure Logic Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**
