A bit of dependence on the microsoft ecosystem, plugin of open source componets is tough with a somewhat steep learning curve. Overall, good to use at scale across geographies. One in multi out, defining the multiple formats and managing regular deliveries is tough, which is streamlined by Azure encoding. Saves a lot of time in post-processing for deliveries.
