Interface is similar to Jupyter notebooks, and leverages pyspark to handle and train big data models. One can choose storage & memory nodes basis the requirements for resource efficient training. Azure Databricks AutoML is still nascent and supports very few machine learning use-cases limited to regression and binary classification. One still has to take care of other ML pre-requirements like outlier detection, feature scaling etc. Thus, not making it ideal when running against time for building a POC.
