Integration with Spark was simple and quick. Having access for root folder should be looked into to improve on security aspect. Do not use it as an alternative for Blob storage. USQL has limitations **What do you dislike about Azure Data Lake Store?** Limitations of USQL. Root folder access is mandatory if mounting on a computing engine Although it is good tool and very smart way to implement technology but Azure Data factory which is used to build pipelines need significant improvements in features such as allowing easy way to backfill data, also alerting is very limited. **What problems is Azure Data Lake Store solving and how is that benefiting you?** It lets me capture all my data in one place.
