Azure AI Document Intelligence is good Azure AI service which helps you to read document content. it is very easy to use. you just need to upload document and this AI model will read the document content and will show all details . You can eaen use Azure AI document service to read document content, document style, invoice data. you can even create custom model and train your model. you can extract data from this document and store it somewhere as per your need. we can even read document code. Azure AI Document Intelligence is one of the best tool in the market for extrcating data like key value paris, text, tables from any kind of documents like it may be receipts, forms, invoices. They have their pre build models for some common document and also they have an option for creating custom models.They provide REST APIs which we can integrate with our application with few lines of codes. What do you dislike about Azure AI Document Intelligence? The downsides of Azure AI Document Intelligence system is it supports only few languages, it doesnot support local languages. The pricing is very high so small starups and free lanchers cant afford it. Training the custom models with the customers data takes alot of for preparing the data, training it and then testing and for such task it reuires an expert who has an good hands on machine learning and deep learning. The data extraction from the documents like forms, invoices, reports, pdfs etc.. takes alot of time and also manual or efferts but with the help of Azure AI Document Intelligence this process can be completely done automatically and in less time with very little human intervention. We are using Azure Document Intelligence along with langchain, Open AI models like chatgpt turbo etc to retrieve data from our finance documents of size \> 25 mb consisting of 50 pages each. These documents have data in tabluar formats mostly. The data chunks obtained from the document intelligence outputs are really helpful to our LLM's to organize the response to our customers based on our system prompts enabled by us.
