Easy to install but does come with some challenges on the GPS staying connected **What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?** Follow up time on an issue can be lengthy, but they have resolved all of your issues to date or provided the information on how to obtain what we were looking for as a company The OBD port on certain types of vehicles seems to be lose and constantly monitor to make sure stays plugged in. It keeps track of my service and service costs. It truly keeps a dispatcher up to speed. However, their fleet package incidentally helped us reduce the time and labor needed to accomplish driver evaluations, resolve client concerns and complaints, and enhance safety when transporting our clients. Additionally, their Sales VP Kunal Sarkar has been extremely helpful in setting up our account and ensuring our needs were met. **What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?** The only concern I had was installing the device into some of our buses outfitted with wheelchair lifts. The factory OBDII connection cannot power the camera, the GPS module, and the lift interlock simultaneously. After talking with representatives at Azuga and the wheelchair lift outfitters, the best solution was to hard-wire the camera and GPS module versus utilizing the OBDII connection. **Recommendations to others considering Azuga Fleet:** Azuga Fleet is a solid option to consider if you are looking for a low-cost vehicle management system that includes GPS, Camara, Maintenance Tracking, and a Fleet Utilization Package. Their devices and web-based interface is easy to set-up, install, and use no matter what level of technical experience an individual has. Additionally, their tech support has always resolved issues in a timely fashion, I cannot remember a single time I have contacted them and not recieved a response more than 24 hrs since the issue occured. **What problems is Azuga Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Although we are a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Department, 90% of our clients are seniors with disabilites. Azuga Fleet provided us the capabilities to review our driver's performance in the loading and unloading process of our clients, driving habits, and personal client care daily. Additionally, it has aided us in resolving transportation concerns relating to our clients. I love their attention to detail and their follow up. We are currently test driving Azuga's dash cam feature and really like it, we will more thank likely roll it out to our entire fleet. We utilize the Azuga Rewards feature every month to reward our driver's, they continually ask me how they can become better drivers and score higher (we have reward tiers, a score of 90-100 gets the highest reward, next tier 80-90, then 70-80 and anything under a score of 70 is no reward) rewarding our driver's to drive better is definitely a perk of using Azuga. **What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?** Receiving the "not tracking" alerts on our vehicles when the GPS signals lag or cross over from one to another, not Azuga's fault but if I had to list something I dislike that would be it. **What problems is Azuga Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our driver's are definitely more aware of their driving, which is a huge benefit that comes with utilizing Azuga's services, they keep their speed down and are more in tune to hard braking and keeping a safe distance from the vehicle's in front of them. **Official Response from Andrea McNairy:** > We certainly think our customer service is pretty great too! Knowing when service is needed is helpful in planning. Time management is easier to kee track of when I can see where the technicians are and for how long they have been there.
