AZRAR is a comprehensive real estate management system built for property managers, real estate offices, and landlords in Arabic-speaking markets — with a full bilingual (Arabic/English) interface. Unlike cloud-based competitors, AZRAR runs 100% offline using a local SQLite database — no internet required, no monthly cloud fees, and your data never leaves your device unless you choose to sync it with an optional SQL Server backend for multi-device offices. Key modules (17 in one app): full contract lifecycle with auto installment calculation, a payments & accounting engine (owner deductions/disbursements, company expenses), a property portfolio with a dedicated photo gallery and room-by-room furnished-unit inventory, full double-entry bookkeeping, a sales system with auto-calculated commissions, bulk WhatsApp messaging, a legal center with Word contract generation, an Owner Portal, 12 ready-made printable reports, and a built-in AI assistant (Groq/Gemini). Security: Ed25519-signed licensing bound to device hardware ID, optional SQLCipher database encryption, and a strict Electron security posture. 6,100+ automated tests, 87%+ code coverage. 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
