Enjoying it so far, easy to check back through the months to find minutes as required and to date had no privacy concerns which is very important.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

Haven't had any problems with Convene at all. Nothing springs to mind.

**What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program is self explanatory so its easy to access files and documents. The simple way the Board docs are collated and distributed. There is clear role definition within the Board.

I like the ease of sharing the agenda with the Board and public and how easy it is to copy meetings, so I don't have to re-type the same categories every time.

Would like to search the history of the meetings by year instead of running through the list.

Meetings and minutes were made easy with Convene. Each associate is given a private account to login with.

**What do you like best about Convene?**

The first and important feature is providing high security in order to share documents and keep them. With the ability to follow along with presentations in real-time, it also delivers a better-connected experience for remote participants in management meetings. Additionally, creating a resource folder for uploading relevant documents is quite straightforward. When board members need to refer to documents, they can go straight to the resource folder rather than hunting through hard drives.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

Individual training sessions are limited. Zoom's only evident and tangible advantage over Convene is that they offer unlimited individual user training. Convene, on the other hand, is so straightforward and simple to use that you rarely need to go past the free initial four user/administrator training sessions. Additionally, the prices are so high especially for small businesses but anyway it is quite smooth to use it.

For companies that highly prefer secure and effective meetings, I completely recommend using the advantages of this product.

The products that I used before had not a live voting system and I was always needed to open voting in the comments. Moreover, I can easily share annotations in this product etc

It helped us to define and manage executive board and committe meeting rooms.  Convene can be used to engage internally and externally.

I do not see anything to complaint here about convene, as they have already excellent support and services.

Convene is also known as Board Management, as my board members of organizations are really impressed using Convene. They really apprecive it and recommend to use by others.

In general am more reserved in my reviews but this is an excellent product. Once a meeting commences it is easy to open the meeting minutes. Implementation support was good.

Took some time to dig around to figure out the procedure to add a vote to the agenda.

It gave us a better meeting structure and a nice flow of how to handle agenda items.

**What do you like best about Convene?**

It has an attractive and intuitive user interface. The quality of the audio and video is excellent compared to other video conferencing platforms. Provides excellent tools for before, during, and after meetings. It's easy to manage meeting participants. The platform can be accessed anywhere and on any iOS, Android, Windows, or Mac device. The electronic signature feature is easy to use and speeds up deal completion.

It is a complete platform, and its operation is excellent. The only thing that, so far, I think is necessary to incorporate is more customization options for the surveys.

It is very easy to use, its user interface is clean and intuitive. The integrated video conferencing function is extremely useful, especially for conference with the work team. The chat tool provides quick and direct communication with our co-workers. It offers a connection between people and groups at a distance from any mobile device or desktop PC. It allows you to have all the information organized in your useful document library.

It is necessary that it can be integrated with other applications of daily use in the company. Sometimes, there have been delays in the connectivity of some of the participants.

I love how easy putting Board Papers together in Convene is.  It is an intuitive and user friendly system.  Convene also makes running Board Meetings a breeze.  
I highly recommend Convene to anyone looking for a easy to use paperless Board Paper alternative.  The support team are always quick to respond and provide great instruction to any problem.

**What do you like best about Convene?**

Writing minutes is so much easier and Board members have instant access to the postings that I make. I really love the intuitive document storage and the in or out if meeting voting polls are fantastic. I also like that the minutes integrate actions and decisions into each register. This product has improved the consistency of board agendas and sets out clearly tye schedule of meetings for the year.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

I would like the ability to lock down individual paper so that I can limit executive access to all papers because quite often there are papers I would only like for the Board to see.

The integration of setting up meetings and following the agenda is very well automated. Supports the ability to store company policies and governance related documents for access by Board members. I have never been accused of poor communication with this product.

**What do you like best about Convene?**

I love the layout of documents with adequate spacing and easy to follow actions. Having used other platforms, Azeus Convene is easily the best one I have ever used. Setting up monthly calendar invites etc and action registers are great to remind members of tasks. Azeus Convene is very easy for someone like me who prepare board meetings and for board members to use.

Would like addition of guest speaker option to agenda items and make time in breaks a one click option.

Agenda and Minutes are easy to manipulate and edit as necessary. It has been fantastic at making our meetings easier to run and provides easy access to all board papers including strategic documents.

Alerts can be scheduled to notify the most important ones if you wish.

 You can remove from the meeting the participants that you do not want to be inside.

 Setting them up is really comfortable, following a few steps to program them is easy.

 It is a more innovative system than our platform needed.

 The audio and video quality were good, it does not slow down or lose quality.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

Azeus does a good job and we don't look anymore, we have a quality service and dynamic functions for our meetings.  It is all that is needed to improve the business organization.

**What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We just find an improvement for our meetings with a good organization and so on.  Azeus Convene provides functions that make meetings clean and the team satisfied, mainly that we can share and create documents by this means, it saves a lot of time for us, we also have control of who is connected to the meeting and have those who we really want them to interact at that time.
 We have a calendar available to verify and schedule all scheduled meetings.
We have a better workflow now since meeting does not require us to be in the same place, we just set a date and we all connect from wherever we are.

**What do you like best about Convene?**

Azeus Convene is an intuitive and powerful software that can take our business to a whole different level and get access to a variety of tools that enhance the sessions and make the experience better. For example, the feature that helps make the meetings more useful when monitoring each member's assigned tasks is really nice and saves everyone lots of time, as well as the surveys that we are able to carry out during the meetings to be able to decide on specific things that need to be scheduled or planned.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

I think that at the beginning of the Azeus Convene experience, the learning curve was a bit longer and more difficult than other experiences we have had with other softwares, so it took a long time to set up everything and to get the full experience of the software. Additionally, it is not really a dislike, but I wish that the surveys were more intuitive and we were able to have more control over the customization of them.

Carrying out all meetings that were necessary to get the efficiency of our team going was possible with Azeus Convene, it facilitated the communication and flow of information between teams, and it provided a stable and convenient board platform that helps members get access to different documents that are mentioned in the meetings, it is a secure software that helps members be efficient and productive in the workforce thanks to the implementation of it.

**What do you like best about Convene?**

One of the most outstanding positive factors of Convene is how you can modify the alerts; you can add alerts for critical dates or important dates, and you can change this system so that it sends you alerts only for important dates or meetings; I like that. The system also works without having an internet connection, which helps a lot since we can schedule new appointments and add various contacts of participants without having a link to a network; we can schedule meetings without the internet and then connect to a network to send invitations to the participants.

I loved the drag-and-drop system; this system helped me to modify the display screen of my meeting, I was able to add a header, and I was also able to use a more personalized and structured layout in each meeting; this feature was essential to use a nice layout for each meeting screen. It has a built-in whiteboard feature, which is perfect as it allows me to explain important information in a meeting; I can write whatever I want on this whiteboard.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

Convene does not have attractive prices for users, which is one of the main reasons we stopped using this meeting service; this platform offers complete access to meetings and a perfect schedule for any meeting. However, we have found meeting platforms with similar features and at a much more affordable price; Convene should improve these prices on the plans it offers. In addition, the editing of documents such as Excel or Word within the Convene App for mobile devices does not work correctly; sometimes, the documents cannot be edited because an error appears that does not allow it; this does not happen in the version for computers.

**What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Convene was used for a couple of years throughout our company; the main objective we had with this platform was to be able to renew the way we communicated with our employees and customers. This platform was key to creating meetings with our clients, having a more interactive system where we could allow clients to participate, activate their camera and microphone, and provide relevant information during the meeting. I felt very comfortable using Convene because it helped me to have a more exact meeting schedule; I was able to manage the number of helpers or organizers per meeting, I was able to manage the documents and notes that would be used in each meeting, I was able to fully manage each of the participants per meeting (this helped me to add or expel various participants). I was satisfied with the experience obtained, Convene helped me a lot to generate excellent quality meetings.

Azeus Convene has ensured that meetings run productively, we can stay connected through this system, we can share documents regardless of format, access is easy, document creation is great for saving time, document access It's simple, we don't spend money on paper, since with this software the entire process is digital.

Without problems, it has not produced errors in the 2 years of use, from the first use we had support from the technical support team and it has guided us from the beginning to the present moment.

I like how simple it is to create a meeting and resolution. Our board is from all over and has day jobs so it is very necessary that we vote at times that work for everyone. The resolution has made this so much easier.

I have not seen any downsides as of now. The members have not filled me in on any issues they have had either. So far it is very user friendly and simple to use.

**What do you like best about Convene?**

The audience within a Convene meeting is entirely manageable; the platform allows you to manage each of the existing invitations for each of the meetings, will enable you to expel a member from a meeting and also allows you to assign special permissions for some members; this is fantastic since you will be able to have full control of your participants and you will be able to expel someone when necessary. The participation system was great since I could also integrate some participants so that they could activate their cameras within the meeting and thus participate and provide important information.

When I held various meetings to share information and receive opinions, this participation system allowed my participants could contribute their grain of sand to the meeting. I liked the note creation system, as I could make notes ahead of time and attach them to each meeting to present each note to the participants at some point in the meeting.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

During my use of Convene, I noticed that it had a rather prominent negative characteristic. Currently, Convene does not allow integration with any Calendar service. Having this integration in mind would help the new meeting schedules to be viewed by many more company employees just by accessing the "calendar" app on their mobile phones. This integration is essential to integrate it with apps such as Google Calendar, and all scheduled meetings are displayed in real-time for each month's date.

**What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Convene provided a simple-to-use solution for our entire company. The main objective that we had outlined was to interact much more with the audience, and this platform has easily met that objective; we have been able to enable the screens of the participants to give their opinion or share information during the meeting, we have been able to cast in several real-time votes, and visualize the data of each vote quickly.

We have also used the mobile app, a handy app that allowed us to manage and create meetings quickly; the App has a basic design. However, it is pretty functional, with easily accessible sections and incredible speed in processing each meeting. I was impressed with Convene; the benefit that this platform has brought to our company has been truly remarkable over the years of use.

Convene is a service that revolutionizes the way meetings are created; I liked the voting system as well as the survey system that Convene uses for each session; this system was attractive since it allowed me to get quick opinions from all the participants; I was able to create a vote quickly and get feedback from all the participants in a matter of minutes, that was great. I liked the security that Convene has for each meeting; it allows you to ban any participant who is interrupting or bothering the meeting, and it will enable you to block the entry of new participants up to a maximum per meeting, I loved being able to add collaborators for each meeting, that was very good because I was able to assign roles to my colleagues to help me manage all the scheduled meetings each week.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

Convene has excellent positive features; I dare say that most of its features provide a complete and positive stay for users; however, during my experience, I did notice one negative thing. The documents that are shared in each meeting are not modifiable; you cannot upload an Excel or Word document to the Convene platform and make a few minor changes within this platform, and then share it with your participants; that is a truly negative point. I would love for Convene to have a document editing system, in this way, we would be sure of the document and the information that we are sharing with our participants.

Convene helps a lot in creating meetings, adding collaborators to each meeting was one of the most positive things, it helped me control all the participants, and the organizers and collaborators helped me maintain order in the meeting room. I have been using Convene for approximately three years, and it is an app that met all my expectations; I managed to hold more than 50 meetings with the help of this platform, and I loved the automated notification system that it sends for each registered participant, each time a participant has once the attendance form for a meeting is completed, Convene sends automatic alerts to the client's email address, to keep them informed. Convene helped me a lot in sharing information over a long period; meetings in Convene have no time limit, which was pretty good.

Convene is fantastic for creating meetings in a few steps; I liked the agenda system; it shows me a calendar where I can correctly organize each of the scheduled meetings, I can add details to each meeting schedule, add future participants, the limit of participants and many more base configurations for each meeting. I loved the availability of Convene; the mobile availability is impressive, and it offers excellent fluidity and better than 1080p quality for each session, which allows all the participants to see all the content of the meeting very quickly and without delays. The audio and video transmission are fluid, without delays.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

When I am inside the meeting, and I want to show a specific window on my computer, I cannot show a particular window; I can only share the screen completely in Convene; this sometimes causes the participants to see information that I do not want to share. In addition, Convene's prices are a bit high compared to its competition, which caused me to stop using Convene in my company; if in the future the prices decrease a little, I am willing to use it again.

Convene meant a lot to us over a long period; it helped us formalize and schedule new meetings for various clients; when we needed to bring together a large group of clients, we used Convene to hold that meeting due to its high capacity to support many participants in the same session. With Azeus Convene, we have achieved ease when meeting since we have all the necessary tools to make these meetings much more dynamic as if we were in person but now remotely and also have the characteristic calm we need to interact and have fluid communication. Videoconferences present a quality image; it provides various tools that facilitate the meeting process, such as access controls, document management with electronic signatures and extensive storage, the task manager to plan our work, data storage of each one of members, it has an extensive activities panel that guarantees a better workflow and complementary integrations to these functions.

For now, in general terms, it has precisely the characteristics that we need; however, we believe there could be a greater possibility of customization in the different tools to adapt it to our work criteria.

I particularly like the ease of creating agenda, board pack and minutes. Chat support worked very well when I had questions about how to use a feature. The training is phenomenal and it's so easy to juggle items.

Scheduling meetings and sending notifications to specific personel it facilitates that quite well.
Atleast I get to upload documents or export from anywhere easily.
When you come to the whiteboard it is very clear for writing anything to contribute on that wall.

It is a little bit expensive compared to some free versions but it does enough for it's value. A little bugs during the updates session. The few mentioned are the only factors to consider.

**What do you like best about Convene?**

I love that Convene has cut a lot of administrative time for my team. Convene is a prospective solution that left me thoroughly impressed and there is nothing better than hearing the board say they are happy with the system. Once we had Convene installed, we didnt even need training because it was so easy to build the meeting and add documents.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

I'm responsible for a number of committees and its not only the security that is great with Convene, but also how easy it was to implement.

**What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the board meeting process to be very unparalleled and I find Convene's real-time and interactive presentation features very useful for the organization.

**What do you like best about Convene?**

The platform is easily accesible to members of the board and this ensures we quickly develop a more effective strategy for the company and achieve our goals in a shorter time. There are extensive features for managing work schedules and this helps me schedule business meetings and appointments. Even the best part is how board members conduct voting with automatic counting of votes.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

Nothing that I dislike. I can rightfully call this solution the best in its industry.

**What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Create and organize multiple meetings without using a lot of unnecessary documentation. It supports the Approval process management and the document flow within the company.

**What do you like best about Convene?**

I like the ability to progressively build the agenda and store everything in one place. Documents are easy to access, collate, add to and collect minutes on. I found the on-boarding for Azeus Convene extremely intuitive and easy.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

It would be great if the Index page could be an optional feature as this will reduce the number of pages in the Board pack.

**What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking all the necessities of boards including calendar and meeting management. Getting the Board pack out to the Directors and very easy to do the minutes afterwards.

Loading features is much fast and getting to the link .
Fast and flexible to use at any time it gives a notification to use or follow an online meetings.
Standing out in all of it's kind in pricing.

Some features are not easy to load unlike others. I have realized so much at the moment but the cloud based may be insecure due to cyber security threats . Improve on security only.

I use it in holding board meetings online it is clear and enhance communication when needed. Very much productive since it is more professional and also flexible you just get a notification anytime so it is perfect for remote work.

The product gives some outstanding features to organise a production meeting with senior leadership teams. Setting up Agenda, meeting take aways, and working on action items to chase at the next following meeting are some missing in the other product rivals.

The product suits well only for the top or higher management roles. The other usual function like video calls, whiteboard works can be achieved through other software like teams , zoom etc

As a Lead developer, there are areas where you need to get input from top management, and this tool helps me to carry out a highly productive meeting without losing track of the core agenda.
