**What do you like best about Convene?**

It is possible to hold meetings at any time including emergency meetings.
Has a section for scheduling meetings in time and organization of projects in teams.
The quality of videos and audio is high and clear.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

I have a positive approach with it as long as it doesn't fail to respond neither does it have complex features it is great to use. Nothing to improve the features are up to date as new version gets developed.

**What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conducting our day to day virtual meetings. It is assisting us in learning too since we mainly do online teaching. Getting to our students is easy and holding meetings as board members.

**What do you like best about Convene?**

I can easily organise all scheduled meeting. Incase of any forgotten detail, I can add them to each meeting schedule. The platform offers limitless participation for each scheduled meeting. After all one can add participants whenever necessary. While conducting meeting, the quality of video and audio plays a major role in ensuring good and smooth progress. Both audio and video quality are great. Convene supports large group of clients due to it limitless capacity.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

Convene has excellent positive features which are more productive and efficient. No complains at all.

**What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I easily create, schedule meetings and more importantly add collaborators to each meeting. I also control every all participants.

I like how this tool offers an enterprise-grade security feature hence keeping all our organization data and information safe and protected always.Again,it's simple to prepare,administer and conduct board meeting more effectively with Azeus Convene.It's simple to integrate this tool with files storage tool like Box,Dropbox etc thus making it easy to access,share and manage board papers and documents securely on any device.

It's difficult to schedule and hold board meeting sessions with Azeus Convene when experiencing internet connectivity issues.

As the board date inches closer, reports are easily distributed to the board. Once the meeting starts, the one-tap navigation between sections keeps the meeting on track. As decisions are being made, board members can vote within the app and sign paperwork.

There aren't many issues that I have experienced using this tool. The In-app Guides helps unleash the full force of the solution

Board members arrive and find there's no last-minute changes or surprises. Every action, every attendance report, and each upload is confidential. Super easy to drag a file from the desktop and place it in the agenda.

Having a shared calendar and address list is very helpful. The meeting scheduling tool in particular is ideal. It was more affordable than programs that do not even offer some of the features that Azeus Convene does.

I feel that board minutes should be downloaded for editing purposes and uploaded upon completion.

Allowed us to integrate new board members and continue functioning without a physical space.

Azues Concene was such as success that we introduced it to our sister company.

One can easily review the meeting agendas and other documents before the meeting begins.
It gives a very easy to use interface and which is so much user friendly. 
It has great features that allows us to sign and approve some of the meetings documents by tapping on the document through E-Signature.

The software has a less capacity of those members who can join in the meeting leaving some out.

Very easy to operate and yet very detailed for a Board meeting.

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

lately, the App has alot of popping messages on error occurance. Second, it can be abit difficult to upload the App for a new member.

**What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a document free App, meaning a board meetingwill be prepared without waste of paper. Secondly, it is very good at document storage. All meeting items are very well kept without any paper. Finally, if you want to print a meeting pack, it will easily export this out of the App.

The platform has increased flow while conducting meetings. The flow is supported by some of it's incredible features such as;
      *Adding more participants to meetings. 
      *High video and audio quality. 
       *Excellent file documentation. 
Those and other more features enhance team collaboration. The platform can be used with other devices mostly mobile devices.

Nothing was least helpful when it comes to features since you get to customize to features of choice. The maintenance cost though is a little high in some instances.

It is so easy to prepare and schedule meetings  from anywhere even while offline.
It has an excellent documentation of files.
The software gives the highest level of security to all our information.

Right from training and quick turnaround on all issues benefitted us to quickly adapt to this platform.

The application is designed well however it takes more time to incorporate changes suggested by the stakeholders. It can be more flexible.

Wherever I recommended it bounces back   because of cost involved is on the higher side.

I feel that the functionality of Convene is truly intuitive and the platform is also convenient since it can be used across many devices.

If I have a problem, I get a call back immediately and the problem gets solved.

What I like best about this software is saving and sharing files with digital signatures without having to meet with board members. I would recommend this application to most of my customers to serve as a centralised platform for all the meetings and conference calls. It provides all the conferencing features in a very user-friendly manner. **What do you like best about Convene?**

When there are third-party consultants present in the meeting, the permission-based settings allows me to control who can have access to my documents taking the idea of document privacy to a whole new level

**What do you dislike about Convene?**

I would like to pass some feedback to the production team but I have previously shared few ideas with my account manager on how they can improve user experience which they took positively

**Recommendations to others considering Convene:**

Azeus Convene is the answer to professional and convinient board meetings. We are enjoying their services and I'm glad we trusted it to help optimize our board meetings

**What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is quick and less stressful experience to bring board members together for a meeting. It takes less time to plan for meetings and board members are now more productive since they can all focus on the agenda
