What do you like best about Azendoo?

List of task easy to use, the fact that you can add a task to a collaborator or subscribe a collaborator to one of your task so that he can be aware of the progress.

What do you dislike about Azendoo?

I use Azendoo at work + with an professional association (2AM). I created 2 different profiles and I have to log out to switch account. At the end, I tend to use Azendoo at work, but I don't visit 2AM's Azendoo too often (I am too lazy to log out/in!).

At work, we tend to create more and more subjects. At the end, we have too many subjects (we should delete some of them but we don't). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can regroup your subscriptions under the same account to switch faster (reach out if you need help).

Also, concerning your growing number of subjects, you should consider these options to keep them under control:

1) Star your favorite subjects so they are always within reach

2) Use and abuse of the search bars (on top and in the sidebar)

3) Archive unused subjects - you can always reopen them later on

What do you like best about Azendoo?

Ability to assign tasks to someone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azendoo?

The set up is a bit clunky - having just the initials in the circles on the left is difficult because I can never remember all of them and have to hover my mouse over them to see what the actual title is. It's confusing as how to see all of your tasks and sort them by deadline. I also wish you could assign separate deadlines for each subtask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Azendoo?

Easy organization and being able to task things to others while having full transparency. Like that it is electronic so I can assign tasks to others when out of office or to our other international offices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Azendoo?

Azendoo offers easy tracking of tasks and time in projects, and works well when using with a team or with clients. The recent introduction of "boards" is a bonus feature for viewing in kanban style. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since they released the "Board" feature, this is what I like best. It replaces Trello in everyday's tasks for our development team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Azendoo?

The best part of azendoo is certainly the tasks. You can create it and share with other people, who can follow the project - even when they are not part of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azendoo?

I don't like the chat. We usually lose things there and we never get it back. It's not really dynamic. Also, sometimes I want to see both the chat and the task, but it's impossible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We feel sorry to hear about your experience around our chat feature.

You may be able to get more value out of the threaded conversations since they allow to store information and documents within subjects and can be displayed with task cards being opened.

When used with related features such as pinned conversation - to keep a conversation on the top of a subject activity feed - and the possibility to create a task from a conversation, you should be able to manage your tasks and communicate more effectively with Azendoo.
