"It's like Facebook, but for work"
5/5
What do you like best about Azendoo?

The ability to create a simple task along with subscribers. I can also create sub-tasks with priorities and due dates. The task also can include any attachment. The messaging and direct messaging features are awesome.

Moreover, the analytical data showing the activity and project status is very useful. The tagging/mention feature is very helpful when I'd like to mention someone on team for the particular conversation or comment.

I've used Azendoo almost three years. They have been improved their features tremendously, making everything easier. You can access Azendoo by either browser, desktop application, or Mobile App! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azendoo?

I don't have any particular feature that I do not like. All the features are very easy to use and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Free your mind and work better! "

What do you like best about Azendoo?

The tasks allow me to organize my work, to prioritize, to forget nothing and especially allow me to be focused on a task at the time without keeping the other tasks somewhere in my head by fear of forgetting them : free your mind and focus! (PS: I really like the boards!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azendoo?

I would like to have the possibility to organize the topics better (thanks to subtopics for example). Also, it would be great to have the possibility to give subtasks to different persons. Also, I feel like as a team, we are not using all the possibilities we have because it's not really clear what we can do.

"The best organizational tool on the market."
5/5
What do you like best about Azendoo?

It has cleared all of the sticky notes off of my desk!! When I work from home I have my to do list without planning ahead to bring everything home. I plan a lot of tasks for the future so I don't forget to do them. It's great to be able to put tasks on co-workers task lists. We as a company use this product between departments to remind each other of deadlines and project updates. I also really like that I can see the progress of a project without bugging someone on the status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azendoo?

I don't like that the cancelled tasks are never really gone. Sometimes I make a mistake and I want to delete a task. I don't get what the activity list is for nor do I see it's benefit. And mine just shows myself and one other co-worker's tasks. I know others are using it just as much as the two of us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best tool to organize my work and collaborate with my colleagues"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Azendoo?

I love completing a task and checking it and at the end of the day I can see all the work I've done, it is really rewarding! Moreover, I don't forget anything to do, I can easily write what I need to do today or in several weeks as Azendoo will remind me to do it.

Notifications are very efficient to follow projects and tasks.

Finally, the board view is really useful for development projects, it allows do the scrum method. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azendoo?

There is no possibility to chat with several persons. So I don't really use the chat.

I'd like to organize my subjects in different folders or hide the subjects I don't use, because we have a lot in the team, so it is hard to find some subjects sometimes, even with the search tool.

If the co-workers don't use or check Azendoo regularly, it can be frustrating for others as they won't answer the questions or validate documents, so it can delay your own work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Victor Lebret of Azendoo

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to write this review.

You may be able to get more value out of the threaded conversations than the chat conversations are available to all subject members. Also, they can be shared across subjects to reach wider or different audiences.

To better organize your Subjects when there are many of them: insert acronyms. For instance: Mkt event or Mkt website. By doing so you find more easily you Subjects in research bar.

Additionally you can pin Subjects as they can appear in priority in your Subject’s list.

Then when projects are over don’t hesitate to archive them, so that they do not show up in search results. More information here:

https://help.azendoo.com/subjects/subject-administration/how-to-archive-a-subject

One way to keep your co-workers on track is to check the notification settings with them directly. You also can make them install the mobile application so they get notified even when on the go.

"Azendoo helps me keep organized with my team"
5/5
What do you like best about Azendoo?

Azendoo is an excellent tool for delegating, sharing and discussing tasks with my team. We have almost eliminated email entirely from our workflow, which keeps us focused, not distracted by incoming messages as we work on one task at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azendoo?

The only thing I *dislike* about Azendoo is that I can't make the design interface even more clean and clear - I'd love to have a background or color scheme option that brightens and lightens and provides more visual white space. Oh, and I actually would like to be able to mark a notification as unread if I want to go back to it later! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Victor Lebret of Azendoo

Hi! Thank you so much for your kind words Amy! We truly appreciate your feedback and the time you spent reviewing our product.

There is a way to mark a notification as unread to get back to it later on. Here is how to do it: https://help.azendoo.com/notifications/in-app-notifications/notification-center

Oh by the way we are currently working on a new design that will make Azendoo clearer (more whitespace in task lists) and customizable! Stay tuned for news coming soon :)

"Perfect For My Small Team!"
5/5
What do you like best about Azendoo?

The fact that Azendoo is a major time saver for communication is a huge plus. We utilize the tasks and the calendar view mostly. As we move forward the discussions are great to document conversation about something rather than phone or email. I also like the notification system across platforms; desktop & mobile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azendoo?

The mobile app has a couple of bugs on iOS that sometimes affect my workflow. I also think that the base price should include more team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Azendoo is a lightweight, yet sophisticated project management platform."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Azendoo?

I like the simplicity of task management with Azendoo. It's easy to enter in a whole bunch of items and fill them in/categorize/triage them later. Their mobile app nicely integrates with the larger platform allowing for project management on the go. Additionally, their spatial layout, which is important in any project management product, is a step in the right direction from the Byzantine layout of products like Asana. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azendoo?

I dislike that the first thing I'm presented with when I open the app isn't either my current task list or the last view I'd been looking at, but rather their "activity" dashboard. For any task or project management platform, I want to see what is coming up next, not stuff that has happened in the past. Secondly, I find Azendoo too easy to recede into the background. A project management or task management solution needs to strike a difficult balance between being too in your face annoying and just annoying enough to keep you on task. I feel like they could easily add more configuration options to improve this aspect of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Victor Lebret of Azendoo

Hello Ben, and thanks for the review.

We are currently working on an interface revamp and opening your personal task list as a default is part of the changes. You'll also have a clearer separation between your tasks and the team tasks. Expect this change in the next few weeks.

About your second point, we are also on the brink of adding automatic reminders for each due date on tasks, meaning you'll be notified of each of your due tasks everyday (unless you opt-out). I hope this will make Azendoo just annoying enough 😉

Also please reach out to us directly if you have additional interesting feedback so we can keep moving Azendoo in the right direction.

"Inter office organization "
5/5
What do you like best about Azendoo?

I love that the office can stay on top of everything we have going on, in one organized spot. I can add links to the art work, keep as many tabs as we need. This program allows employees to know what exactly is expected of them for the week and what we having coming up. It makes for less questions and more time being spent on the actual work day. I have used this system at every shop I have been at and it never fails me. I would recommend this to anyone looking to organize and efficiently run their shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azendoo?

Nothing. If I had to pick something it would be the billing system. I would rather and lump sum for up to this many users instead of having to pay per person using it. With it being per person there are some people at the shop that are combined into users. Embroidery is one and screen printing is another. It would be great if everyone could have their own sign on. Coming from and small business we try to save money where we can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I love Azendoo"
5/5
What do you like best about Azendoo?

I and my co-workers simply love it. We've been trying so many task management tools, and there's no tool like Azendoo. It's easy to organize your tasks the way you want. The whole team can get involved with the tasks, and each one of us can manage our duties the way we feel it's more productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azendoo?

Translation to Portuguese (BR) isn't very good, so I use it in English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best organization tool I used !"
5/5
What do you like best about Azendoo?

It is a very easy to use, ergonomic & pleasant tool, and users do not need to be trained to be ready to use it, so it's easy for my customers or partners team to handle it. So I give recommandations to my customers to buy it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azendoo?

There is nothing I don't like really, but ideally if it could add others functionalities in order to manage clients by projects for example, it would be great (customer informations). And maybe to sync the organization in row of the general board with the subject board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
