**What do you like best about Azavista?**

*The best event managemnet platform in market to book your event, manage it, customize it, book a room, reporting and more.
*It is simple to use for new user, it has userfriendly interface to learn and implement.

**What do you dislike about Azavista?**

*The major drawback for this platform is its demanding pricing.
*There are many glitches which needs to be fixed faster.
*It has limited integration with other platforms.
*It doesnt have inbuily templete to choose from a list.

**What problems is Azavista solving and how is that benefiting you?**

*It helps me to easily plan a event, share it, customize it with customers and track it easily without spending much on training.
*It helps me to increase customers easily.

**What do you like best about Azavista?**

Azavista is very interactive and contains multiple useful tools that allowed me to plan a succesfull event that was hosted without issues and allowed us tostay well within budget.

**What do you dislike about Azavista?**

We found that it could very well integrate many features that can become very intuitive. Some of them where indeed intuitive but many others we had to request help (which BTW, an extensive knowledge base exists)

**What problems is Azavista solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We found that event planning was tedious and hard to manage, as a project manager I was entirely accustomed to the planning process and budget adhesion, but event management was a new to me and many of my peers. Therefore, Azavista truly helped to reduce the stress of these types of projects.

**What do you like best about Azavista?**

I love how user friendly it is and it doesn't sell your important data like other software services!it makes event planning and operating very easy for a small business.

**What do you dislike about Azavista?**

The one this I dislike about Azavista is that im unable to design my own template for the emails. Designing my own template would give me more opportunity to cater to my brand.

**What problems is Azavista solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Azavista helps me run my events smoothly and efficiently! I don't have to worry about getting additional support and help when it comes to registration, ticketing, etc.

**What do you like best about Azavista?**

I love Azavista it has made life better, it actuallly helps in saving the time and is very economical as well its really easy for operating and helps collect the information

**What do you dislike about Azavista?**

I really do not have any thing to tell what I dislike as till now I haven't have faced any problem .

**What problems is Azavista solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Azavista is a innovative platform which is very easy to operate and its kind of a bridge which leps in connceting the planners to its clients as per the market trends.

**What do you like best about Azavista?**

The integrations that azavista have is top noch where I can integrate it with many software such as email marketing platforms and many more like analytics platforms such as google analytics.

**What do you dislike about Azavista?**

I am not able to design my own templates and the pricing is a bit hight apart from these I found it a useful software for my daily needs and wants.

**What problems is Azavista solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for event managment for my company it benefits me by its simple user interface and I can get going within no time and integrate it with other softwares and get some valuable insights about my audience.

**What do you like best about Azavista?**

There are a lot of good and amazing features that Azavista offers few of which are it is quite user friendly even for a first time user, it enables the users to streamline the entire event management and execution process.

**What do you dislike about Azavista?**

Apart from having technical issues & being sluggish that time there is nothing to dislike about azavista

**What problems is Azavista solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps the users to effectively manage the event planning and execution in a very easy method

It is cost efficient too and good quality of support too

**What do you like best about Azavista?**

It streamlines the event planning and execution process.
It is quite user friendly even for the first time users
It saves a lot of time and is cost efficient too.

**What do you dislike about Azavista?**

Almost everything looks good in the platform but below are the things that could be improved:

It has limited integration options
At times there are many technical issues too

Helps me plan the event in a streamlined manner
Gives me proper end to end visibility

**What do you like best about Azavista?**

What I truly like about Azavista is the user-friendliness of the platform and the ease of use of the platform. The online training was very effective and did not let me with a ton of question for the support team. Resulting in saving a lot of time for both of our teams.


**What do you dislike about Azavista?**

Thanks to the Azavista Support team for their help and readiness to support us at any moment. I can't remember any problem with the product. 

**What problems is Azavista solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we pre-printed badges and spent most of our time to check if we didn’t do any mistakes. We always needed to make sure every participant had his/her badge, it was an exhaustive and time-consuming process…

We saved a lot of time and successfully registered 200 participants without any issue during the event.

**What do you like best about Azavista?**

Azavista is a user-friendly system (also if you have very little application skills) which enables you to register all your events and hace acces to them in one dashboard. Furthermore the possibilities to create landing/rsvp pages are endless. Also the tool to 'copy' events is very easy. 

**What do you dislike about Azavista?**

Not being able to design our own template for e-mails. Furthermore smaal issues; like not being able to select 1 or 2 persons for activities and sometimes we have some outlining issues in the templates. 

**What problems is Azavista solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to send twice as many more event invitations and register guests via Azavista with half the effort/people than we needed prior to using Azavista.

**What do you like best about Azavista?**

It was a simple platform to use! Clean and took only 10 minutes to train new users to navigate. I liked how the system connects straight to printer and we did minimal work to get it ready for registration.

**What do you dislike about Azavista?**

Some laptops was set up so that once you checked a person in, the ID badge would automatically print, but other computers you had to MANUALLY click "print." This made it slightly confusing initially because we had about 6 laptops that were set up differently. After a few minutes we got the hang of it (as to which ones were auto vs. manually), but after each shift rotation we had to re-communicate it to the next person so we were printing duplicates and wasting paper.

It's a very clean interface and does the job, but it's simple. Only hesitation to recommend would be that there's no notetaking option or additional tools to use with check in. Would be nice to integrate it with the full master guest list on the TNW site.

**Recommendations to others considering Azavista:**

Definitely worth the trial run! There are other systems out there like it that are more sophisticated, but with time Azavista will have these tools built out as well (hopefully). 

**What problems is Azavista solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More efficient check-in for large-scale events. The platform was easy to use so it made things go much faster than anticipated. No issues at all!

**What do you like best about Azavista?**

I liked how quickly the printers responded to the request made from the computers. This was my first time using a machine like this for a conference. 

**What do you dislike about Azavista?**

I wasn't too sure how to replace the paper once it had run out, but someone quickly did it for me so this isn't a major issue. 

**What problems is Azavista solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was a volunteer at the event, so I only used this machine once.

Nothing I could think of...maybe adding lists of users could be easier

**What do you like best about Azavista?**

Azavista is a very user friendly tool, but most important Azavista offers very good guidance and service. It is a secure tool that doesn't sell your data to others, like with most free tools. Do you need a registration tool (app, website, roomregistration etc.) for your event? Call Azavista. 

**What do you dislike about Azavista?**

I have no dislikes to mention. I was overall very satisfied.

**Recommendations to others considering Azavista:**

Just call them!

**What problems is Azavista solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registration of participants for events took ages with webforms, Excel etc. You set up tour forms once and use them every event.
