"My research guidance in excellent way"

What do you like best about aytm?

This product is excellent research automation and also a secret weapon that drives agile innovation of some largest consumer brands as well. Also, I really like it’s easy to use dashboard facility that helps me building useful surveys ahead. Apart from this the customer support system of this particular product is immense useful in order to answer all my queries at once with no useless pro long waiting sessions. For me the best thing that I found in it is it’s report creating facility that enables me to create useful reports that can go directly into the inbox of my clients and also I can even know the suggestions and feedbacks of all my clients with the help of this amazing product. What do you dislike about aytm?

AYTM is excellent tool these days because it has lessened the workload from me to a greater extent that is so pretty comfortable. What do you like best about aytm?

Our company uses AYTM's DIY service and we love it! We send out monthly surveys, mostly the same each month to track consumer insights, trends, behavior and so forth. What do you dislike about aytm?

Following the Supreme Court’s decision in June 2018, many states now require sales taxation on SaaS services. We were unaware that this took place and that it would affect us, so one day when launching our survey our cost was higher than normal. But we understand AYTM can't do anything about it, but it would have been great to have a heads up on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about aytm?

I like the variety of question types available and the instructions on how to use each type are super helpful. Sometimes I know what I want to ask but can't figure out the best way to ask it. If I have to think of something that I dislike, I would say that the sheer amount of information on survey research can sometimes be overwhelming. I use the survey platform to create surveys on trending topics that I can then use to write content that will bring traffic to my site. Once my survey is in the field, I can get results usually within 24 hours. This quick turnaround is important for today's world where the news cycle is super quick. What do you like best about aytm?

The platform keeps programming simple, which allows me to program surveys very quickly. It supports straight copy-and-paste from a Word document, stripping out numbering, which I've found to be a great time saver.
