Axzura is the AI office manager for agencies — agency management software for small teams that do client work. Every client gets their own task board with a project brief, and client requests from WhatsApp, Slack and email are turned into tasks on the right board. Clients see progress through a private portal and an automatic daily report (a branded PDF of what was finished, what is moving and what is waiting on them). Invoices in your brand repeat monthly and send themselves, NDAs and agreements are signed online with a signing certificate, and staff, attendance, leave and payroll live in the same workspace. An AI assistant that has read the whole workspace answers by voice or text, drafts documents and presentations, and opens the page it is talking about. Priced per workspace, not per user: Pro $29/month for up to 10 people, Business $69/month for up to 30. 7-day free trial.
