-You can bring your last visit information forward, and this speeds things up tremendously.

-You have to be connected to the internet to access phone numbers, emergency contacts, bring forward past visit information, submit charting, and do pretty much everything other than just basic charting. Unless you are a big company willing to provide internet connectivity to phones or tablets, this system is tedious, redundant, and not user-friendly.
-If nurses have access to schedule their visits, they lose the ability to see their case-managed patients. This risks having nurses miss some of their patients. It seems like a simple fix, but no update has allowed for a simple case manager's filter.
-The complexity of the system: There are multiple ways to get the same thing done. It is unnecessary and confusing when trying to teach others a consistent way to use the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
