The company got extremely greedy: basic functions that were part of the package when you signed up with them (like Medicare Remittance Advice posting electronically) were taken away and now require an additional payment.
Axxess is constantly coming up with new extra services, and they are auto-signing you, so if you miss an email with the option to opt out, you're paying for the service you might not need until you review your invoice carefully.
Support is hit or miss. Most support Reps can only open a ticket for someone else to review, but they are not getting back to you with the solution. You need to call back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
