But the good thing is AXXESS was willing to work with us as our company got smaller. **Recommendations to others considering Axxess Home Health:** Definitely see what AXXESS Agencycore can offer you and you company. Much easier to QA charts. Billing is able to be done very quickly and multiple times a day. Reimbursements come faster. ### 44. I love that it is all inclusive. I have our DDE and our CAHPS reporting with the same company now and it is working out very well. There were times with my previous CAHPS vendor that I missed the 12th of the month deadline to prepare and send my information. I would get email upon email even after I had sent the data. Now, it is done for me automatically, I have no deadline to meet and I know it is done. I am also very satisfied with the billing capabilities of the program. It is a very simple system that is user friendly, again, it is logical and dependable. Customer Service is friendly and able to handle all problems ( and the problems are typically my fault) and if they can't help, I am transferred to someone who can. **What do you dislike about Axxess Home Health?** I have been using this program since April, 2015, and presently I am unable to put my finger on a single thing that I dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Axxess Home Health:** I am pleased that we took the plunge, and I know it is a big one to change software with so many field users, but not a single person was or is unhappy with Agencycore. **What problems is Axxess Home Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** Documentation, scheduling, ease of auditing, billing, Cahps reporting, DDE, communication between care team members and all at a fair price. ## Axxess Home Health Discussions -
