I overall have good experience with Axway FMT but somewhere i found that the User interface could be better, there are plenty of space for the same and another thing which i didnt found is user guidelines for different format or ways for transfer, I personally didn't find that anywhere in the application, this guidelines helps new users to understand the flow better. We used Transfer CFT for Internal Transfer (Server to Server). The best thing about it is that it is available for almost all operating systems.

The most painful part is reporting and auditing because the products are disintegrated and do not have inbuilt reporting tools.
