Easy to use and very stable. Monthly patching is now a nice feature. The new MFT Ideas portal is fantastic, and it is an easy way to put forward new ideas for the application - as well as see what other users are requesting. What do you dislike about Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT)?

Hard to get additional features added specific to your company's requirements (even when adding them into the Ideas portal). There are so many good ideas and Axway can only add what makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Axway MFT has different protocol support like sftp/ssh, AS2, pesit, ftp and supports DMZ architecture, which is crucial for financial organizations.

Also, the UI is more user-friendly, and the new features whatever introduced recently are more useful.

The documentation related to regular use cases and the troubleshooting guide(self-service) needs to be improved.
