When using Frequency, I found that some gateway features do not support every protocol, which can be limiting depending on your needs. Additionally, customizing the software can be a difficult process. I also consider the software to be expensive, as the high operational costs include not only the initial purchase but also the required infrastructure and ongoing maintenance. It is seemless, easy to configure and managed by Axway team. We can completely rely on Axway team for any patching, upgrades and maintenance. This has saved us lot of time every month.

What I find most impressive is the seamless integration of SFTP, SharePoint, and S3 into a single, well-governed workflow. Being able to manage all these connectors from one centralized platform, together with the built-in ICAP integration for automated antivirus and DLP scanning, has been instrumental in lowering our overall security risks.
