It only benefits Axway and privides no benefit to the customer. (I.e., we can increase our teirs, but cannot resduce.). It should be flexible based on need. Modern cloud solutions should allow you to pay for what you use, and flex as needed. Int he current approach, we are locked into paying for and additioanl 1.5 million transactions per month that we will not use. Additonally, visibility into our metrics and trends are limited. It would be great to have some type of dashboarding, API connectivity, or means for exorting our data for more indepth reporting. In our supply chain business we need 100% uptime and the ability to scale, have redundancy and fault tolerance. Axway has provided a solid product for this plus it features an easy to use customer interface that our team can use for setups and monitoring. We have recently started exploring using the APIs more and finding success in automating some manual work with API capabilities. **What do you dislike about Axway B2B Integration?** This isn't a dislike per se but it is very important to have the proper infrastructure with high levels of performance to get the most out of the product. We host on our own infrastructure and even slight interruptions with virtual machines, memory, etc. will cause issues. It requires a high degree of performance tuning to get the most use out of the solution. **What problems is Axway B2B Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solved the problem of having an always available, 24x7 EDI file gateway that runs with redundancy across multiple data centers. We can now leave our file gateway running while we complete maintenance and also have an easier time with restarts. Opening the details of certificates can be slow at times too.
