It's very easy to create micro-learning training programs that can be up and running very quickly. Great review functions for team members to look at content. Great reporting tools to see what questions and topics users are having trouble with vs. doing well with. Easy to imbed RISE modules and other SCORM compliant things into training. Every year Axonify offers a fantastic and affordable conference that if you have the resources to attend, you should. Last year it was virtual and free which was even better. The subjects/topics categorization can be confusing initially. The automatic captioning feature isn't that great, compared to other software that we've used. No way to preview mobile hotspots on my phone. Can be frustrating for users to have to take training first before they can access any of the other areas of the site (like the Discovery Zone). I like the ease of adding and editing questions within the platform. It's very flexible, unlike some other platforms. I also like how you can utilize more than one type of training tool, be it video, SCORM, or an external link. Constructing paths and programs is extremely easy - drag and drop is great. Organizing content is also simple - the ability to copy content across categories and subjects is very easy to do from within the platform. Self-Directed Learning is a great tool that we have been making available to our users who are looking to grow their skillsets outside of any content that had been asigned to them. Axonify also has a great feedback process - any pain points have been listened to, and workaround or new features implemented to address them. I don't love that there is no easy way to copy entire paths - sometimes we need duplicate paths for multiple groups, which becomes tedious. Another pain point is the way that groups work - it can be difficult to manage users who fall in different buckets that need to be apart of multiple groups. Some of our users have had issues with video playback quality when videos are hosted directly within the Axonify platform, and we have found a way to work around that. We have also had issues with the requirement of daily training before users can access additional content, but that is actively being worked on with our account team, and they've provided insight along the way. The reinforcement and gamification aspects of Axonify make it fun and easy to learn content. The games make people want to keep coming back to play and departments can compete on among their team members. I like that you can rate your confidence, so that you can see the questions again if you aren't confident. I like that the questions tell you why you got a question right or wrong. Sometimes you miss additional options on a cell phone, so learners must remember to stroll down. A stroll down or some kind of reminder would be helpful. Some of the distracters seem like good and appropriate answers to me, but I guess that is the point. I would like some users to be able to explore more with training on the areas they don't feel confident in, such a video immediately giving more information. What I like about Axonify is the personalization of learning based on each user's knowledge. All the content is categorized and organized to tell where they need more help and where they are doing well. The system will send questions that they need rather than everyone is getting the same every day. The reinforcement of learning is crucial in the role of a frontline worker like in a contact center. I also like the reporting abilities very much, and the dashboard is well designed. It makes it easier for us all to pull reports when we need or schedule them. People have to use it regularly for it to work. You can't have a target audience that won't go into it regularly. It is not your typical LMS; this is its own thing. It provides users the ability to learn with questions and keep the knowledge fresh. So you need to create content that is relevant and essential to them. So strategize and prioritize ahead of time. I love how Axonify continues to add innovation to its training platform. For example, the platform has a content assistant that has a built-in artificial intelligence (AI) tool that will help content creators easily generate reinforcement questions and answers that are relevant to the subject matter. I dislike when you are in the Admin section editing close captioning with a video, the close captioning does not remain visible. It scrolls up when every you play or stop the video.
