Since i work in biopharma and i am Axonify admin, it would be great improvement to have more attributes to define a group. It's nice to use AOI but maintenance can become nightmare. Also, provide ability to search and self-assign topic would be nice feature to update. Axonify is available via an App on any device so that allows for learning to take place anywhere and at anytime. Learning happens through repitition and with small bits of information. Learners can receive additional information through the Discover zone as well as be kept up to date with what is happening within a business through Broadcast Messages. Helps increase the knowledge base of all our employees, the communication across multiple departments and teams, and aligns the teams to a common goal, practice, and objective. I like the clean approach to the UI and the fact that it is easy to navigate. From an L&D side, we are used to navigating these types of systems, but that's not usually the case for our end users. They system feels intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing that I am not the biggest fan of is that certain features are not tied to learning. Such as the games have nothing to do with the learning, and I can see in the future pushback from stakeholders that we are paying salaries for learners to play games. I used this tool more than 5 years ago - so I feel unable to comment adequately here. My experience with it was that it required quite a bit of time to set up levels of knowledge (and maintain it) to make the LMS really sing. That said - the maintenance paid off in improved customer service, consistent responses to customer questions and the team felt more confident in their own level of understanding.
