The learner has changed so much in the last 5-10 years, and Axonify meets people where they are. Learning has to be pointed, personalized, and connected to work performance in order to win the attention of the learner, and Axonify excels at all of this.

I love that it's a mobile app and how we can use different levels of questions to increase competence and confidence for specific topics. For the learner, it's small, quick bit of reinforcement. Axonify found a great balance of delivering training that is designed in the way people learn best, while making it administratively easy for frontline teams to manage. Frontline teams do not always have dedicated PC's readily available to them and do not have a lot of free time to spend training each day. Axonify can be accessed on a multitude of different device types (like ordering handhelds in a retail store) and is designed to be used for about three minutes per day. This platform truly does offer limitless potential. I'm able to segment the analytics in many ways and zero in on specific areas that may need some additional support. As a trainer, Nudge has been a go-to tool for me to add faces to names, connect with the sales associates and managers, and truly be strategic with where and how I spread my time. The client support is fantastic, and the team is always looking for ways to custom the platform to our business needs. Can't say enough positive things about Nudge and what it has done for me! The team has already taken many steps forward in increasing the work flow efficiencies. The calendar is a big help. The ability to set templates is already in the works, so I'm excited to see what the team has come up with.

Never before have we been able to get direct feedback from associates at all levels of the company, not to mention in the quick and enjoyable format that we do through Nudge. Nudge is the solution we have been looking for to connect our people, share best practices, and improve communication throughout our company. The only downsides I see are more on our end because we can't make it mandatory since we don't provide every associate with a phone. Also those without smartphones aren't able to participate, but we have tried to find ways around that by sharing the content as a group during Pre-Service Meetings to keep everyone in the loop.
