The systems capacity for learning and the teams willingness to make system changes to accommodate my businesses specific needs People's capacity to learn and change never ceases to amaze me. When the change benefits them personally it creates even better traction. The introduction of Axonify into our business has helped transform a languishing business culture from apathetic learners into staff members hungry for knowledge. I love that Axonify embraced modern learning techniques, mainly gamification and microlearning. Our team loves to play the games daily, and earning points for the leaderboard is an easy way to keep people engaged. What do you dislike about Axonify? There are some reports that could be better. There is a lot of data available, but one thing that has been lacking is the ability to easily report on SCORM files. Tracking training completions could be done better as well - stakeholders want to see who is done and who isn't in an easy-to-use dashboard. Overall it is a great mobile-friendly learning tool that is easy to use and manage. I like how the new learning tiles are front and center. The tiles for extra training make learning easier to find. Throughout the time I have used Axonify to now, the platform has really transformed from a gamified microlearning platform to a fully functional LMS platform that meets all the needs of our corporation. Axonify has a simple to use interface. It has some interesting features to keep the project team involved and using the platform. The software works well both on computer and mobile. It is being used to constantly train our staff on various topics, including health and safety, better knowledge about the company and how to protect ourselves in the digital sphere. Not only is it simple to learn but it is also simple to teach to others. It's nice to be able to spend less time explaining how to use the program and more time on the goals we are trying to achieve. Specific needs can sometimes be hard to keep good foresight on due to the bottlenecking that occurs over time when information is coming from multiple sources. Axonify solves a variety of problems for the company I work for. Safety courses, required training, human resource data, extended technical training, etc., these all become very hard to manage and track but Axonify really helps organize and deliver the training we need to go out to our employees.
