Administrating Axonify has a bit of a learning curve but is relatively easy to use and offers robust features for reporting and creating assigned & self-directed training, creating events, storing documents, and managing training overall. Our organization recently launched their AI search feature - Max - and have found it to be incredibly useful. It provides quick access to important information anytime and is user friendly. I 'm very happy with their cutomer service! Their support team responds quickly and have helped me with many reporting questions, etc. and our CSM offers helpful solutions and recommendations to maximize engagement and use of the platform. The marketplace content is very useful for our org and working with their instructional designers have allowed us to create lots of quality training for team members. Our organization uses nearly every feature in Axonify that we can access, so we have found some limitations and areas where we'd like to see future improvement. The user experience of the events function can look a bit disorganized when you are using it to manage many events or events with multiple sessions. For learners, Axonify is easy to use; training is prioritized by program type and current knowledge levels. Leaders have increased insight into which of their employees are actively engaged or disengaged with training, their certification status for things like Trailer Lock and Control or Forklift Certification training, and their teams' knowledge levels for certain topics that can help identify safety or quality risks on their team. Axonify also offers incredible customer support through their support portal and ticketing system and dedicated project support for integration, implementation, and initial launches. We've absolutely loved our ongoing customer care partner, Patty who meets with us weekly to review questions and updates from our team and to share important updates from Axonify with us. It's a newer and highly polished product. However, this means that some features are limited or missing compared to older, more complex systems like Cornerstone. Yet, Axonify is always open to taking feature requests and partnering with you to find workarounds or alternative strategies to reach similar outcomes and achieve initial goals. I've been using Axonify for about four years now as both a user and an admin. Axonify is by far the best out of the handful I've tried. The available options and customizations in order to tailor learning experiences are amazing! I love that we can add our own custom videos and attach quizzes with games.
