The learner has changed so much in the last 5-10 years, and Axonify meets people where they are. Learning has to be pointed, personalized, and connected to work performance in order to win the attention of the learner, and Axonify excels at all of this. I love that it's a mobile app and how we can use different levels of questions to increase competence and confidence for specific topics. For the learner, it's small, quick bit of reinforcement. Recommendations to others considering Axonify: We opted to add topic creation from the ID team at Axonify, where their team drafted 6 topics for our instance ready at launch. This helped us in two ways; speed to market was hugely impacted because we had a full quarter's head start on the content development. Also, while working with their team members, we learned a lot about their micro-learning methodology and were able to adopt/adapt quickly to keep up momentum gained. We needed to get our learners (in a franchise model) focused on their sales approach; prospecting and closing accounts are two of our most important KPIs. Axonify found a great balance of delivering training that is designed in the way people learn best, while making it administratively easy for frontline teams to manage. Frontline teams do not always have dedicated PC's readily available to them and do not have a lot of free time to spend training each day. Axonify can be accessed on a multitude of different device types (like ordering handhelds in a retail store) and is designed to be used for about three minutes per day. Axonify is designed as a modern microlearning platform, so transitioning away from a traditional learning management system has created some "growing pains" for our users. I'm able to segment the analytics in many ways and zero in on specific areas that may need some additional support. As a trainer, Nudge has been a go-to tool for me to add faces to names, connect with the sales associates and managers, and truly be strategic with where and how I spread my time. The client support is fantastic, and the team is always looking for ways to custom the platform to our business needs. Can't say enough positive things about Nudge and what it has done for me! Never before have we been able to get direct feedback from associates at all levels of the company, not to mention in the quick and enjoyable format that we do through Nudge. Nudge is the solution we have been looking for to connect our people, share best practices, and improve communication throughout our company. The only downsides I see are more on our end because we can't make it mandatory since we don't provide every associate with a phone. Also those without smartphones aren't able to participate, but we have tried to find ways around that by sharing the content as a group during Pre-Service Meetings to keep everyone in the loop. Recommendations to others considering Axonify: If you are wanting to learn more from your associates and improve your guests' experience across a large scale, get on board and start using Nudge NOW! We have been able to source feedback from our associates in ways that we have been wanting to do for years. Now if any of our departments have questions or need feedback from the field, we are able to gather it quickly by putting it out on Nudge. We have been able to better connect our associates at all levels, learn feedback and ideas from the frontline, built brand loyalty and pride, encourage engagement in the workplace, share best practices across the country, and so much more! We have additionally realized financial benefits as every campaign that we have done analysis on has proven successful (increased beverage sales, increased purchasing, and improved retention for those who are engaged on Nudge).
