Axonify's content creation process forces content creators to think about what the learners really need and what will impact the business goals. Axonify lays out a strategy for content creation that is easy to use with my subject matter experts. I love that they always take feedback, grow, and improve the platform. I'm a fan of using the new content wizard for creating distractions. Our employees, especially those that work overnights, report that they also really appreciate the communication function in Axonify. They now feel like they are in the loop on all the essential information. Their customer success team is the best I have yet to work with. Our customer success manager, Brandon, is exceptional to work with. I have no hesitations recommending Axonify to my colleges and wish I had found them years earlier! **What do you dislike about Axonify?** I struggle to come up with anything I dislike about Axonify. It is a much-needed break from the traditional training we had and always knew needed improvement. We've managed to digitize and automate the entire onboarding process for our employees, leading to greater retention. We also had a unique challenge with enhancing our customer service rep's skills with supporting new solutions that entered our ecosystem via acquisitions. The learners don't have a lot of time to take training, so Axonify has helped with providing just in time training to those teams. I think because it's such a change from our traditional training it has made our development team much more creative when thinking of how the learner will receive the content. The idea that we are developing for so many different mediums helps us stay on our toes! Also, love the gamification aspect of the product and the mobile accessibility. I think having the change to take a break from questions to play a quick game makes the whole experience more enjoyable. The support from Axonify is amazing, they are quick and get the information to you. The admin side of Axonify is very user friendly and makes adding content super easy. Anytime there are new enhancements to the platform, the communication is great. We get emails plus a message upon logging in. There are so many aspects of Axonify that I absolutely love. **What do you dislike about Axonify?** There are some minor changes that would probably improve the admin experience, but overall there are no major changes that I can think of that would really constitute a "dislike" **Recommendations to others considering Axonify:** Definitely recommend using Axonify. The ROI is amazing and the engagement from your team will boost a great deal. Last year it was virtual and free which was even better. **What do you dislike about Axonify?** The subjects/topics categorization can be confusing initially. The automatic captioning feature isn't that great, compared to other software that we've used. No way to preview mobile hotspots on my phone. Can be frustrating for users to have to take training first before they can access any of the other areas of the site (like the Discovery Zone). **Recommendations to others considering Axonify:** Axonify is great for developing micro-learning programs. If you have a set of users that do not have easy access to computers (or not a lot of time for training), I would highly recommend looking into this. Axonify may not be right for you, however, if you are looking for a more robust LMS with longer training modules. **What problems is Axonify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Axonify allows us to deliver micro-training to our techs out in the field who many times do not have a computer and are on their mobile device. Our account team has been stellar, along with customer support - always responsive, always helpful. **What do you dislike about Axonify?** I don't love that there is no easy way to copy entire paths - sometimes we need duplicate paths for multiple groups, which becomes tedious. Another pain point is the way that groups work - it can be difficult to manage users who fall in different buckets that need to be apart of multiple groups. Some of our users have had issues with video playback quality when videos are hosted directly within the Axonify platform, and we have found a way to work around that.
